Sofi works with individuals to address goals across a range of topics related to career planning, time and team management, communication, and influence in the section above. Together, you would set goals, track them throughout the engagement to assure progress and value, and leave with specific ideas and accountability to sustain the progress made during the engagement.
These engagements typically range from 3 months to one year and include 50-minute coaching sessions on a regular cadence from weekly to monthly.

Sofi facilitates group workshops on topics including feeling stuck in your career and navigating options with purpose, preparing for impactful conversations, tackling priorities management on the brink of burnout, and setting boundaries and practicing self-advocacy.
Depending on your needs, the length of the workshop can range from one hour to a half-day session and this engagement may be a single workshop on a particular topic or a series that covers multiple topics over several sessions.
The cost of an engagement is tailored to your goals and the approach we determine is best suited to achieve those goals, including the engagement duration, number or frequency of sessions, necessary travel, and other factors.
